ICED COFFEE RECIPE WITH CAFETIÈRE BODUM

for 4 cups of 200 ml

1.Place about 8 tbsp. teaspoon of the mixture of flavored coffee at the bottom of the coffee maker. Either; 2 teaspoons per 200 ml cup of coffee.

2.Pour 800 ml of hot water slowly and in a circular manner over the coffee mixture that you have placed in the coffee maker.

3.Stir slowly with a large spoon. and let sit for about 5 minutes.

4.After the 5 minutes, your coffee is now brewed. Stir again gently, using the button, press the piston of the coffee maker to create the infusion. Your coffee infusion is now ready, you can pour it into a pitcher and add around ten ice cubes.

5.Using your pitcher, pour the coffee with the ice into each of the cups. The ice cubes may have melted, so you can add 1 or 2 ice cubes per cup.

TRICK: Before pouring the infusion into the cups, save a little of your infusion and pour it into a tray with small ice cubes. When you make your next iced coffee, these ice cubes can then replace the water ice cubes that you add to your coffee at the very end.
